Founders

The sole founder of the federal budgetary entity Russian Federal Centre of Forensic Science of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and of all other forensic institutions of the Ministry of Justice of Russia is the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

In the structure of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the federal budgetary entity RFCFS of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and the system of forensic institutions (FIs) are directly supervised by the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation, Mr. Yevgeny Leonidovich Zabarchuk.

The Department of State Policy in the field of Forensic Expertise deals with practical activity arrangements of forensic institutions related to production of forensic examinations.

Reception, registration, centralized recording and control over timely consideration of public appeals by the structural units of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation is provided by the Department for Organization and Control.
